This year, four Hillsborough County Schools will be participating in the chapters CAD Design and Hand Drafting Competition.

This NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF) sponsored competition brings real world design problems into the drafting classrooms for high school students. This competition allows students to compete at a local, regional and national level.

This year, students are tasked with designing a dental office. You can download the design problem and program guidelines from the NEF Website.

All entries must be received by March 1, 2008 to be eligible for this year’s competition.
